TEENS BOXING
Monday and Wednesday at 6pm
Monthly £35 or £5 PAYG
Our Teen Boxing sessions are tailored for ages 12 to 17. Here, aspiring champs forge strength, discipline, and improve confidence.
With skilled experienced coaching, we emphasize fitness, skill and respect, shaping not just recreational boxers but also competitive boxers via our England Boxing affiliation.
ADULTS BOXING
Monday and Wednesday at 7pm
Monthly £40 or £7.50 PAYG
Something for everyone - A great mix of age and abilities. We teach you how to box and you will get fit in the process without noticing plus its a huge stress release.
Sparring is available but not mandatory. We have Senior Amateur Boxers and have also helped countless White Collar Boxers improve their skills. We also offer 1 on 1 coaching with 5 coaches on hand to help - click below to enquire.
